WhatsApp Messages

We use WhatsApp for Business to send you information during registration and after you have registered on our website.

The type of WhatsApp messages that we send will be limited to:

  • Transactional information.
  • OTP during registration and to confirm the update of senstive information.
  • Account Information.
  • To provide support.
  • To communicate with you after you initiated a conversation with us via WhatsApp.
  • To provide feedback to you after you have logged an incident.

You agree to opt-in for such WhatsApp messages and will send us a WhatsApp with the words "stop" or "optout" should you wish to opt-out of future communication.

You confirm that you are the owner of the WhatsApp number you register with us and you allow us to send sensitive information such as account information as well as OTP's to this number in future. It is your responsiblity to update WhatsApp numbers on your profile as and when it changes.

We will never send you any marketing related messages via WhatsApp.

Your WhatsApp messages are kept private and messages will not be shared with any third party.

No warranties

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of South Africa and courts located in South Africa for the resolution of any disputes.
